Minimum Order Requirements

Pain Management Technologies does not have a minimum order requirement. We understand how hard it is to meet these types of volume. No order is too small or too large for Pain Management Technologies.

NEXT-DAY SHIPPING

Call by 1:00 p.m. (EST) and your order will be shipped via U.P.S. Ground that same day or the next. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select are also available upon request to ship SAME-DAY.

Freight Policy

Shipping and handling charges include UPS charges and a small handling charge. Shipments outside the continental United States will be billed accordingly.

Drop Shipments

Pain Management Technologies will ship directly to YOUR customer, on your behalf. Your customer will receive your packing slip with their order showing your company name and a list of products shipped. There is no pricing and no reference to Pain Management Technologies on the packing list. (Open Accounts and Credit Card orders only).

For your convenience, Pain Management Technologies offers the various forms of payments listed below:

  • Open Account These accounts are subject to Pain Management Technologies open account terms and satisfactory credit references.Terms Net 30 Days. Credit Application
  • Credit Card Purchases We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. There is not a service fee if paid at the time of order.
  • Purchase Order Number (if applicable)
  • C.O.D. Purchases Pain Management Technologies will ship your order C.O.D. (except for Drop Shipments) and accepts cash, a certified bank check or money order.Pain Management Technologies will accept C.O.D. company check with prior credit approval.
  • TeleChek Save C.O.D. charges, call for details.
  • Wire Transfers Call for details.

Customer Satisfaction

We know healthcare and understand the unique needs of your customers. Our staff of professionals will assist you in answering questions concerning new or current products.

  • All products must be returned in the original condition in which it was received by the customer including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • All returns MUST be approved by Pain Management Technologies
  • Merchandise returned in used or worn condition (as determined by our warehouse manager) will be returned to the buyer.

Return Policy

Please call for a return authorization, within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A restocking charge for returns that are approved may be assessed
  • For any returns of special order items or returns over 60 days, please call for details.
  • Notification of shortages and damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
